Our Beautiful Island
Alderney is the northern-most of the Channel Islands and sits around 10 miles west of the French Normandy coast and 60 miles south of the UK. Although only 3 miles long the island’s coastline has incredible geographic variety from the sheltered, sandy bays of the north and east to towering cliffs of the south and west.
Harbour Facilities
The harbour at Braye is the only port of entry to the island by sea. There you will find Alderney Coastguard, visitor’s mooring bouys, Mainbrayce Water Taxi, Alderney Sailing Club, showers and a laundrette. Other facilities in the harbour area include hotels, bars, guest houses, grocery stores, duty -free and off-licence.
Accommodation
From camping, self-catering and guest houses to hotel luxury accommodation, Alderney has plenty to offer visiting yachtsmen. See the Alderney Tourism link below for a full list of available accommodation.
